I have been working in the early childhood education and care sector for the past nine years and hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. Throughout my time in the industry, I have had the opportunity to work across a range of roles and age groups, allowing me to develop a strong understanding of children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

My passion lies in creating a nurturing, inclusive and engaging environment where children feel safe, valued and confident to explore the world around them. I believe in supporting children’s learning through meaningful relationships, play-based experiences and interest-led learning, while ensuring every child has a strong sense of belonging within the service.

Over the years, my professional journey has also shaped my personal philosophy, which closely aligns with providing high-quality care, fostering positive partnerships with families, and supporting educators to grow in their practice. I am deeply committed to creating a supportive team culture and mentoring educators to deliver the best possible outcomes for children.

As a mother of four, I understand firsthand how important trust, communication and strong relationships are between families and educators. I feel honoured to work alongside children, families and educators to create a warm, welcoming environment where children can thrive and build positive foundations for their learning journey.
